Ladies and gentlemen and children of all ages the YEARBOOKS have arrived! For those folks that have pre-ordered yearbooks, we will be passing them out in drive thru style in front of the gym at LHS on Friday June 19 and Saturday June 20 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. Seniors, diplomas will be available at the same time.

Attention Softball players: softball practice will be at LHS at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 8.

The cheer/dance tryouts are set for June 6th at MHS.  Lawton High will be trying out first at 9am. We are going to be doing things a little different due to the current situation.   1.    If the student is running fever, they will not be allowed inside.  2.    Everyone will be kept outside.  No parents will be allowed inside. 3.    We will bring girls in a few at a time. 4.    Cheer tryouts will be on the stage with warm ups in the hall right before they go in.  Please remind them they can warm up outside prior to going in. 5.    Dance tryouts will be in the vocal music room.  Warm ups will be in the main hall right before they go in.  Please remind them they can warm up outside prior to going in. 6.    Fittings will be done immediately after each student completes the tryout.  After the fitting, they will need to go back outside. 7.    Restrooms in the north hallway will be available. 8.    Results will be posted on line by noon on Sunday, June 7.   If you have a student that cannot be there that day, please contact Coach K at kylee.montgomery@lawtonps.org no later than Monday, June 1.  We will do early tryouts on Thursday, June 4 at MHS.

LHS Volleyball will start Open Gym Tuesdays and Thursdays starting June 2nd 9-11am in the small gym to all incoming freshman girls and current LPS girls. Must bring sports physical dated after May 1st to participate. Please bring your own water bottle. Tempature checks at the door. Also LHS is looking for two assistant volleyball coaches.

Students with fines for library books and/or textbooks will receive a letter in the mail listing the books and the replacement cost.  If you have library books or textbooks, please return by dropping in the library book collection box at the front of the school. When we receive your book/s, fine/s will be deleted.

Hear ye, hear ye! The last days to pickup locker items will be this Thursday and Friday (May 28-29) from 9am -12 pm.Please come to the front door and ring the buzzer.

Seniors,CHANGE OF PLANS. The Senior signs have been collected from the front lawn and are stacked in front of the school on the picnic tables. Come get your signs!
